SoFarAndNear
Hello, next week I want to make a 60 days extension. I have a thai child and I am the legal father with court order papers. Which documents or persons I will have to bring for this application? My child is 2 years old and pretty active, sitting in the immigration waiting room for more then 10 minutes will be tough for us. bbi1
Don't bring your child with you but leave it with the mother to look after.
SoFarAndNear
Yes about the child. I will try it without. Anyway I am now inside the country with a 90 days single Non-O based on having a child. But will I have to bring all documents again which I needed for the 90 days Non-O visa at the embassy outside of thailand.
ubonjoe
Your child will need to be with you when you apply at the majority of immigration offices. You will need their birth certificate plus a copy and a copy of their house book. You may also be asked for proof of residence.
