On January 6th i need to go to immigration to get a 30 day extension. I would like to know exactly what i will need to take with me, photographs, photocopies, fee etc. many thanks in advance. Copies of the bio page, visa page and latest permission to stay stamp in your passport. 3. Copy of your TM6 departure card 4. Your passport 5. 1900 baht 6. ubonjoe Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 The fee is 1900 baht. You will need a completed TM7 form with a 4cm X 6cm photo attached. Download and print 2 sided. http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm7.pdf Copies of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permit to stay stamp and TM6 departure card.
