Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has just unveiled two new high end flagship smartphones for 2015, the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro, which promise unrivalled performance and top of the range specs.

Hardly an iphone clone. It runs android, after all. Just very good specs at a very good price.

Absolutely!

What an idiotic thread headline. bah.gif

Click baiting?

Miui and Mi phones are heavily inspired by iOS/iPhone. Thats what they are saying so you don't need to defend Xiaomi.

......Thats what they are saying so you don't need to defend Xiaomi.

Nonsense, they are saying: "Xiaomi announces new high end iPhone clone"

I don't care about Xiaomi ($or_any_other_brand), but these stupid, low-level headlines just suck.

A serious headline could have been:

Xiaomi announces new high end Android Smartphone.

But I would guess, "iPhone clone" generates more clicks.

I was so close to buy a Chinese phone, but finally decided that almost all made in China pretty much sucks.

Other brands, like Samsung seem to be the better choice, pay more and get a better quality.

Just looking at their low life batteries and other cheap crap makes it much easier to not buy such a crappy made phone.

By They I mean "Xiaomi CEO" and not referring to the headline.

Why are you offended? Are you a Xiaomi fan?

^^
