I need to get a motherboard with the following specs:

Manufacturer's name: Foxconn

Motherboard name: H-Cupertino3-H61-uA TX

HP/Compaq name: Cupertino3

Does anyone know where I could get one? preferably mail order as I live in Chaiyaphum province Isaan....

Iv'e tried Lazada & they haven't got one.

How do you know it's the motherboard? Is it damaged or did you run tests?

If you're not using HP service, then be careful obtaining a replacement board elsewhere, even the exact same model, as in the past HP have tied their installation of Windows to the motherboard installed in your computer. If the connections e.g. PSU etc. are not proprietary, then a new motherboard from ASRock etc. with a new copy of Windows might work out cheaper.

HP even has the part on it's website, H-Cupertino3-H61-uA TX

ebay has them too. Since its a used part, you might not get hit with duty, and the price is pretty cheap.
