Looking for a lead on a contractor who can help me develop a rough estimate on a kitchen remodel to facilitate my purchase of a location.

I'm willing to pay to get someone to look at this place and give a ballpark estimate in the next 24-48 hours so I can keep this negotiation on track.

Ultimately, if the purchase goes through, I would be looking to hire the contractor to do the work.

Please spare me the "advice" on doing business in Thailand, the inadequacies of Thai contractors, and all the rest...

I read your post and for your job I am glad you are looking for a kitchen contractor the best way to go or sure

I know there are about 3 commerical kitchen contractors in bang sue the wood soi

They design and build

Might be more pricey but you will get what u want ,

I know they build many things with stainless steel to your specs ,

And if you are going to build there are many other things in the area like tools imported material kitchen equipment . Variety of woods etc etc

Try taking a trip there you might find it worth while .
