Jatuporn Threatens Street Protests Against Casino and Land Lease Plans
Jatuporn Prompan, the former leader of Thailand's red-shirt movement, has issued a stern warning to the current government concerning two contentious projects: the legalisation of casinos and the extension of land leases up to 99 years for foreign investors. Jatuporn, while speaking at an event organised by Peace TV, a satellite television station, made it clear that he is prepared to mobilise protests if the government proceeds with these initiatives. The event in question, held to celebrate Jatuporn's 59th birthday, was attended by a diverse audience comprising former red and yellow-shirt supporters along with student activists. Despite the celebratory occasion, the event quickly turned into a platform for serious dialogue about the country's direction, particularly in relation to the controversial plans on casinos and extensive land leases. Jatuporn claims the government is poised to permit the establishment of eight casino complexes across the nation and lease approximately 300,000 rai, equivalent to 48,000 hectares, to a foreign conglomerate in the Ranong and Chumphon provinces. This land is earmarked for a massive project known as the "southern land bridge," intended to enhance economic development in the region. Prompan, who has led significant protests in the past, declared his intention to bring demonstrators back to the streets of Bangkok should these projects receive governmental approval. He referenced his experience in 2010 when he spearheaded protests against then-Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, resulting in months of sustained demonstrations. Nevertheless, former senator Wanchai Sornsiri, commenting via a YouTube channel, suggested that replicating past protest numbers might prove challenging for Jatuporn. He pointed out that many former protest leaders across both political divides are now affiliated with governmental roles, which could mitigate widespread support for fresh demonstrations, reported The Nation. Is Thailand Value for money
I'm thinking you can't understand that you can make your own burgers, healthy, at home, or find a few places here in Thailand that cooks them with good ingredients. Logic seems to escape you. Here's another link you won't read.............https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/can-burgers-be-healthy/ -

Harris Lies, Americans Die. Illegal Aliens are more Important
You live in your own world of delusion. Hillary Clinton said what we all know: that Trump won in 2016 with the help of the Russians. That's far different than Trump's lies about voter fraud, which you believed. -

You're doing the same thing to him as you do with me. You assume you know anything about anyone from a few posted replies. You don't. You do show that you have very little knowledge on nutrition, don't believe others even when proved wrong, need to argue with certain people just because they previously proved you wrong, always think you're right, no matter if proven wrong, don't bother to read links provided, because if you did, you would see the truth. And you seem to think you're a pizza expert just because you tried a few in Italy and NYC. Face it, you're always wrong when you post, and cannot admit it. This again, fits the profile of a narc to a T . And stop answering for others here, They aren't on your side, from the lack of agree emojis I've seen. -

Horrific Bus Fire in Thailand Sparks National Debate on Safety
There is nothing wrong with continuing school field trips, the problem that officials, government ministers and the Land Transport Department finds hard to understand is the safety of vehicles on the roads and the competency of it's drivers. -

Re entry permit
Agree. Airport is breeze. Just to add at DMK the reentry permit office is just past passport control. Pic of BKK airport reentry permit desk. Left side Zone 2 -

Tell me when FEMA can't respond to Helene because of lack of funding. That is the implication of your post, but it's not true.
