Ease of getting a double-entry (triple?) tourist visa in Vietnam

Is this possible? Is a triple entry possible? Any sort of information is greatly appreciated!

Double entry is available in Hanoi. Details are in the pinned thread at the top of this forum.

You can get a 2 entry tourist visa in Hanoi but you need to show tickets out of the country for each entry.
