Vertigo
I have BPPV as mentioned above, from Covid, a long covid symptom. The Epley maneuver did nothing for me but i mostly ignore the symptoms, doesn't effect my life at all -

Vertigo
Good luck with this! I noticed this happening to me when ever I walk , not dissy , but light headed! Also happens in bed if I move my head quickly.The left side of my neck has been sore for a year, I thought it might be arthritis. I went to the dr , he prescribed Betahistine 3x daily . Two weeks later,No improvement! -

How much do you pay for health insurance?
PS: I don’t have any medical/health issues, not yet anyway. So maybe go without insurance and use government hospital when something does happen? -

Why are many people so partisan?
Yeah, maybe you are maybe not but in my life those talking about others being racist were doing so because of a guilty conscience and wanting all to believe that they were not. I hope you aren't, especially since you are an expat I take it and come from some other country and culture anyway. Happy Loy Kratong! have a great rest of the weekend. -
