Roughly how much per month would you expect to pay for a reasonably modern house (not a flat) with at least 2 bedrooms in a decent location (not necessarily beachfront / beach access) in Rayong East of Ban Phe? 20+k?

Round Hat Mae Ram Peung I have seen houses advertised for rent from 8k per month.

Certainly plenty of places around for way less than 20k per month.

Personally I wouldnt pay more than 12k per month.

Ok, thanks. How much would you pay for a modern 3 bedroom house with at least 2 bathrooms with access to a pool near a decent beach, built to (or near) Western standard? Somewhere around Mae Phim.

Houses can be found for 8k but if you are looking for pools it gets expensive.

Ok. Had a look around and 20-25k was my conclusion... Guess utilities will be on top of that :-/

I'd ideally like something secluded without neighbours within an inch of your house, haven't found anything of the kind, other than ridiculously expensive... Guess I'll keep looking.
