February 26, 201511 yr Hi I live in the south of the country at the moment. I would like to buy a condo around 60 sqm or more for around 2MB or less in Bangkok. renovation work is ok and preferable as I need to adapt it to my feeling and comfort. But I absolutely want: 1- A well proven managed place (secure & clean ) of good enough quality with some services like gym and pool ... 2- A place where foreigners have already chosen to buy-rent so contacts and rentals could be easy if/when needed. Is it Possible ?? Where to look? Thanks for Any possible advice Valbor
February 26, 201511 yr I'd do some research online first.Use these- http://www.bangkokcondofinder.comhttp://www.thailand-property.com/real-estate-for-sale-in/bangkok_condoKeep your search broad. Don't specify areas if you're searching for a 2 million (or less) condo to buy- it's going to be a small enough list as it is. Like this one is one million- http://www.thailand-property.com/real-estate-for-sale/1-bed-condo-bangkok-bangkok-central-silom_313842 - and has a pool and a gym. But as for being a place where foreigners have already chosen to rent or buy..? Hard to say. You're going in at a budget so as long as your expectations are adjusted accordingly, you'll be fine.
February 26, 201511 yr i have a dd prop app on my phone i just did a search for sale condos bangkok sq meters 50-80 it came up with 25 search results and 15 were around 60 sqm all various areas in bangkok some sale through agents most from private owners so you can buy in that price range then again the building, area etc is down to your own research
February 26, 201511 yr Older condo building complex with pool on Sri Nakarin near Seacon Square. St. Charm condo. Decent management but older building. Pool minimart close to the aquatics center and Rama 9 Park. I think you could find a much larger unit for that price or a nice 2br. Some foreigners in 2 of the buildings.
