I am about to renew my Non O Visa in month of March.

This time due to uncertain conditions, We were unable to keep 400,000 THB in our bank account. I do work, But on less pay then 40000 THB.

Now I have question, Do my company should make 40,000 THB / month include Tax or without Tax ? And How many months before Tax documents are required, before applying?

Because if 40000 - Tax - Medical Insurance = 37000 around that is shown in Bank Account book.. Is it normal. Is it ok?

The 40k baht is your gross salary before taxes or any other deductions. You show tax payment receipts on your salary not bank statements.

Two or 3 months prior to your application is enough.
