Kesa
Antonius Ceulen, a Canadian wanted by US Marshals, for racketeering and fraud charges, has been arrested at an apartment in Khan Na Yao district, immigration police said Tuesday. The suspect and his friends faced two charges in the US state for selling securities for at least US$130 million for Lippmann Corp between November 1996 and 1997 with a promise for high interest rates, but the investors never received the money back. He fled to Thailand sometime between 2000 and 2011 and also bought houses in Chiang Rai and Bangkok http://www.antoniusceulenfraud.com/

FalangBaa
So let's get this straight, he stole $130 million and decided to live in **THAILAND**?? I'd be living it up in Monaco, St. Tropez, Sydney, Tahiti or other expensive, safe destinations with a new passport and a brand-new identity! Being capable of stealing $130 million clearly doesn't mean that you're smart.

Kesa
He may not be smart, but he is a damn big man....210cm? One more bit of police work inaccuracy is the margin of error in the police height chart he's photographed in front of. His U.S. Marshall's wanted fugitive webpage says he is 6ft 2in. = 187 cm 210 cm = 6ft 11in. = close enough for police work
