August 29, 200619 yr For what it's worth.. Recently when I left the country from CNX,on exiting through Immigration/Customs the customs bloke said to me...You have grown a moustache since you last arrived here.He then showed me all my pics since I had been in and out of the country that popped up on his screen. Not a bad system....
August 29, 200619 yr The same exact thing happened to me! Except he said "You have grown a beard since you last arrived here". And I didn't even have any facial hair! My wife (I had just gotten married) laughed and laughed but I still don't see what was so funny. Edited August 29, 200619 yr by fxm88

I think my reply would be, "so what?" Lots of people grow beards and moustaches and then shave them off. Nothing unusual in that.
August 30, 200619 yr Homeland Security!!!... Here in the US they are testing systems that monitor the uncontrollable twitching of your forehead as you speak to immigration officers as a kind of terrorist lie detector… and in the airport and train terminals computerized cameras will automatically home in on you if you exhibit behavioral traits of a terrorist... such as facing towards Mecca too much... I say we are losing the war...

I say we are losing the war... Nothing to do with homeland security.....fact is that Thailand has agreed to requests from other countries and Interpol to co-ordinate photos with international police agencies to track/detect known pedophiles and those suspected of engaging in child pornography and sex with underage children. Had my first photo taken last February on my arrival in Thailand at Don Muang. Hmm.....that didn't sound quite the way I wanted it to, did it?
