My visa runs out on the 22 of march which is a Sunday dose this mean I have to go tomorrow to extend it and loose 2 days or can I go Monday?

I have a 2 month tourist visa

You can go on Monday, as the permission expires on a day immigration is closed.

But if you apply tomorrow, the extension will stil start on Sunday when your current permisison expires and not comming Friday. You do not lose any days by applying early.

You loose nothing by doing it early. The extension starts on when your current permit to stay ends.

Ok so both is ok then I don't loose any days or have to pay overstay?

I hope you're talking about the date on the permission to stay stamp the immigration officer gave you when you entered the country and not the :use-by" date printed on the visa sticker.

It's the immigrations stamp that's the important one once you're in the country and it's that one that you need to extend.

They stamped it the 21st of April

But I forgot I got to use my last entry befor the 14th of April so I lose a week anyway

That happens because a week has passed between visa issued and first entry. A week is not much, but better to apply at the last possible time.
