Rather rare for me to make a recommendation due to a variety of reasons. Or main bedroom AC unit needed servicing due to noise and low air flow. We tried 3 different people last year. One came out took a look at the outside unit and said no. One other we kept contacting and he said they will be out but canceled. The 3rd one, just didn't show up.

P.K. Air is located close to us in Mae Hia so I stopped in to see if someone could come out. As I work during the week I asked for a weekend visit. They had a slot at 9:30-10:00AM.

The techs showed up at 9:10AM, unusual for me for someone to show up at the time they state. But I don't usually need outside help as I have friends at work who come out for house maintenance.

Quite professional. They wore uniforms, very polite to me and after checking the unit explained everything they need to do in advance. They had a pressure spray gun and they had a special bag to hang under the inside unit that drains the wash water into a bucket. The inside unit was so filthy that air came out only 1/3 of the vents. They also did a power wash of the outside compressor. Probably spent about 1 hour 15 minutes in total and when I got the bill it was a surprise and thought I was misreading it - 500 Baht. No gas top up was needed.

I've been using them for several years for installation and maintenance. Always good service and prices.

Been using them for years. They are the best. They will work on any brand, any age, etc. Owner is a very nice lady. Never seen them wear a uniform though.
