jamie obda
coming in August, looking for good breakfast, and late night food, open to any cuisine. Maybe someone knows of a special brunch or buffet within walking distance - and I don't mind walking as far as soi kesab or soi whiskey. Thanks in advance
KarenBravo
If you have one drink less per night, you can eat medium priced food instead of cheap food. Drink two drinks less per night, can you see my thinking here? Please don't say you are coming to Patong and don't drink alcohol. Nobody will believe you. KB, can't you see the OP wants to save on food, so he can spend more on drinks? "I don't mind walking as far as soi kesab or soi whiskey." - by walking, and not getting a tuk-tuk, the cost of your food and drink for the day / night will already be covered. keestha
Eat at street stalls, or walk away a little bit from the tourist area and you will see simple restaurants where people like hotel staff and bar ladies are eating. People can say what they want about Thailand, but it's never difficult to find cheap food.
