I can confirm today that I got my water changed from a T3 tariff (commercial) to a T1 (domestic).

All that was required was a name in the yellow house house book.

A simple form to fill in which consisted of 'name' and phone number.

Job done in less than 2 mins.

This will save us in t he region of 3000 baht per year. ☺

Now all I have to do is get my 12 years over payments back.
