On the cheese analogy question though, I think there's a lot to be said for routine in life to keep stress low, and yet at the same time, variety is needed to stimulate the mental muscles. Much like exercise is damaging to the body, but it's the time in between that damage where it provides the net benefit. So I'd say yeah, push the boat out and try something new once in a while, but not to the extent that there is no longer any pattern to it.

In fact this got me to thinking does a nations cheese,mirror the people of that nation? i am too tired too carry on now after driving 400km,and pushing the trolley around Makro,lets see what the morning brings,night all.
