Is anyone interested in taking my Fitness First membership?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Is anyone interested in taking my Fitness First Premium membership? It excludes Platinum Clubs but you can simply upgrade. My contract runs until end of August but due to unforeseen circumstances, I may have to move back to Australia by May. I signed up last month on a 5 month contract (got 1 month free). The price is 2680.35 baht per month with VAT. I've paid for the month of April, but we can work something out if you're keen to take it ASAP. I'm willing to pay the transfer fee if you buy the month of April off me. Otherwise, transfer of membership is 1100 baht.

Here's the website which provides some info on the membership: http://www.fitnessfirst.co.th/en-GB/membership/

May.

You can freeze your membership if you are away for more than two months, fyi.

Yeah, I know. But I most likely won't be coming back to Thailand for a while if I go back to Australia so it'd be better if I can transfer it.

you can use that membership in Oz. fyi

Wouldn't I have to get a passport? They only have 30 visits per yr and if I go back in may, I'd still have 3 months left..which is hardly enough! So I want to offload now when I can.

I used to be a member in Australia I would advise people to google this club re complaints about ending membership when contract runs out, I had to threaten to sue them

Hmm that's interesting. My brother was a member at FF in Australia and was able to cancel his membership hassle free...but thanks for the tip!

I found it tricky to cancel the recurring membership, despite thinking it wouldn't be too bad and moving elsewhere in Thailand after spending a couple of months using FF back home, in the end I had to physically go back to the home club in BKK to do so.

Still available?

Yep! I've just paid for this month though, which was 2680.35 though... Are you interested in taking it off me this month and reimbursing me this amount?

Cheers!

May.
