These lesser forms, like there are touching private parts of woman AND man during songkran, are not done by rapists but by sexually aroused people. If they were not kept hidden and secret, those who are so excited about them, would not be nearly as interested in them. Why are male nipples not taboo to display in public? IMO..the whole concept of bad breasts is ridiculous! Can anyone please explain to me what is so bad about a nipple? We all have them!
