So, just out of interest. Where do most Thaivisa members live?

Or (for those who have lived in different places) where have you lived? (multiple selections are available).

I have classed the popular spots separate from their respective regions for the sake of this poll. Hope it doesn't cause confusion.

Which place do you think will rank highest?rolleyes.gif

I think two homes are important.

A main home in a part of the country where you can enjoy a good life with your wife or g/f.

A second home in Pattaya.

If MiL turns up at your main home and looks like she's staying for more than a few days, you can offer to make room for her stay in your Pattaya home while MiL is visiting.

This will ensure that your main home will remain a happy place where you can live in peace and quiet, undisturbed by the rellos.

You missed one....."the past" that's where a lot of people seem to live.

I take it you mean the Farangs Charlie. I thought "the past" would refer more to the Thais.

Why did you mot lable the map according to the options in the poll?

Example:

Purple = North East, = Essan???

Some in my area consider it Essan, some Northen, some Eastern.

This could skew the results of your pole.

Consistency is important in science.

Yeah when I saw the map, I found I live in a different part than I thought? Go figurer...

I'd be surprised if Bangkok or Pattaya doesn't win it.

Issan will win for the sheer amount of Europeans married to the naive farm girls of that area and also the naive europeans who are supporting whole families there.
