Hello,

I had to do my 90 day visa extension granted on February 15 before April 15 .
Only the offices are closed , I would like to know what I can do...

I wonder if you have to pay the overstay knowing that the days are public holidays?

Someone should you it the date of reopening of BuengKan office ?

Thanks

Since immigration was closed on the 15th, you can go the first day they are open again (the 16th) without being fined for overstay.

And enjoy your day out, because that's how long it will likely be.

your 90 day extension can be dealt with at any 7-11 convenient store or today 16th april at your local immigration department .

Are you trying to continue the April fools joke about 7-11 reporting or are you serious?

Just did a bit of looking back at the OP's content.

It seems he has a tourist visa (often called a 90 day visa in error) and did an entry on the 15th of February and now needs a 30 day extension of his 60 day entry.

Right, that's a one day joke, lets not stress Op and 7/11 staff too much.

I made my extension without paying overstay , however I was informed that they would refuse to stamp me if I redo a tourist visa next month, I do not know what to do to stay longer ...

Student Visa ? Or business visa ? or others, if anyone has any ideas ?

I have a 35000THB pension per month , I life in the family of my dear, and does not pay rent except food for her and me.

I do not consider marriage, although darling wants us to do "make paper " in " their tessaban "

I would not want the embarrassment if one day we had to separate.

Any ideas for stay more time ? maybe forever ? ^-^

With a pension of 35000 bht/month the options are limited .

If you were legally married you could get a multi -entry visa from Savannakhet without showing financial detail but I suspect that is the best you can hope for.

I have an
1 Month Tourist Visa + Extension
6 month : 2 Entries+ 2 Extensions,

so I should leave the country on May 15 , Immigration , however, asked me to fill out a form with residence copy of "tabien ban" darling.
Immigration also advised me to get closer to Bangkok and the embassy to apply for a visa for my disability ( Osteogenesis Imperfecta ) based immigration it would be possible for me to get a visa Non-O despite my age (26 years)
.
According to her it would be possibe.

I think the officer that told you they would not give you another extension was overstepping his authority a bit. Bueng Kan has been reported before for not being a friendly office.

Perhaps next time make a trip to a place to where there is another immigration office check into a cheap room and use the receipt so that you have an address for there to put on the TM7 form.

You could keep getting tourist visas for awhile but it is certainly not a permanent solution.

Marriage would get you multiple entry non-o visa, Or an extension of stay if you could put 400k baht in a Thai bank since your income does not meet the 40k baht requirement

A couple of posts came up while I was doing my last one.

You are good for awhile on tourist visas. You can get 2 more 2 entry visas in Savannakhet and/or Vientiane.

You will not get an extension nor visa for your disability any where. Not sure what embassy in Bangkok there is that could help you.

Besides immigration informed me that if I did not give my paper board ( 440028THB / year ) its top would not have allowed my second tourist extension.

Currently I do not pay rent in Thailand becauseI stay with the parents of my dear, but I pays rent in France.

I have a small pension in France to pay my rent French,
I thought so provide the total raised rents that I see in France totaled 36669THB /month
and does not say that I pays rent in France.
It's 40,000 / month, or 80,000 ?
And what does this story 800000 about?
I do not understand

I think he should have to prove to be necessary in the 800,000THB year to live, by accumulating pension and the deposit.
Do I understand correctly ?

It has confirmed my darling I could get a visa for my health problems .
She also told him that I should consult doctors in Thailand to attest to my health.

Not far from my home , I know a very old person , handicapped , immigration moves home to renew his visa.

So he should apply for a tourist visa , exit hospital bed in Vientiane and ask for extensions?
There is no visa for care, but then to go to prison for having the wrong visa ...

I do not believe , immigration never make a special thing?
A family friend who works at the Immigration Udon Thani offered to make my extension against a bottle of whiskey

Note that having a disease like mine, will never allow me to work and I do not wish in any case expose a marriage of convenience .

Another thing can one consider providing account French statements ?

If that is the case I save money, but I do not want to send them in Thailand Bank.

I was writing about an extension of stay based upon marriage. The 800k baht number is for an extension based upon retirement if you are 50 years old or over.. The correct income number for retirement is 65k baht not 80k baht.

Only a 90 day extensions can be obtained for medical treatment and the documents from the hospital and/or a doctor must state you cannot travel.

I do not believe anyone has mentioned 800,000 THB because it is related to retirement which you do not qualify for.

Were you married an extension of stay based on marriage would require 400,000THB in a Thai bank OR in income of 40,000THB confirmed by your embassy.

There is no visa category which provides specifically for those with disability who wish to stay long term.

I think I understand now :

The officer asked us to send him a copy of " Tabien Ban" mom of my dear, I think to encourage us to get married and push the legalization of our meeting.

The time of waiting, because it lacked the papers on my income, made in internet shop next door, we discussed straightforward ( eg speech) :

I live in France without working, and I could not in Thailand, but it's the same !

I think the officer had to imagine that I had savings, and that I would be a good candidate for marriage , and that I could apply for a visa

"in the coming drank to get married "

However, what I do not understand, so she said I had to go to Bangkok to change my type of visa?

The copy of the receipt TM30 and TabienBan can it help to get a visa

"in the drank to get married ?"

The tambien ban registry copy was probably for proof of your address. That and the TM30 would help you to get the 30 day extension perhaps.

I don't know what "in the coming drank to get married " means.

You don't have to go to Bangkok to change your visa. After you register your marriage you could go to Vientiane or Savannakhet to get a single entry non-o visa if were going to apply for a one year extension of stay. Or Savannakhet for a multiple entry non-o visa.

I meant to make a visa with the aim of getting married.
I can tell you that for me, life in France it's unlivable, I do not know if many people have a disease like mine, but the cold winter, even has an impact on my body, destroys me completely, Any arthritis causes more serious traumatisms, And I certainly do not plan to spend my life in a air bubble.

I think some of the countries make provision for people who can not live in their home country due to events outside of any possible resolution.

You can get married with the tourist visa entry you have now or even a 30 day visa exempt entry from a border hop.

You will though need to go to the French embassy in Bangkok to get an affirmation of permit to marry. Then it would have to be translated to Thai and the translation certified by the Ministry of Foreign affairs. Then you can go to the Amphoe to register your marriage.
