Dentist/dental clinic in Bangkok
I use it. Of course, like anywhere, varies somewhat with hte doctor. I have gone there for some 20 years, only one dentist there I did not care for, all the rest were fine. And they offer all specialties. you will find mixed reviews for everyplace, unless the place itself has somehow rigged the reviews. And people are always more likely to recount or post a negative experience than a positive or neutral one. -

Have you been using the same soap etc to shower or did you change it ? -

I agree, assuming it is a yeast infection. (Which "ointments and lotions" have you tried? For how long? How was the effect?) You should avoid topical medications with steroids ( medicine ending on '-sone'), use only medications that have only 1 ingredient (e.g. clotrimazole or bifonazole), and continue the medication a week after the symptoms have disappeared. No deodorants! But keep the affected areas dry and cool. Lamisil or Tolnaftate are not first choice, better something ending on '-zole' like I said (there are many, Econazole is another good one). Instead of Nizoral shampoo, you can try to find generic ketoconazole shampoo, same ingredient, but cheaper.
