I would like to know if it's still possible to get 2 entry tourist visa in Vientiane ?

I explain my case :
I'm 27 years old and I get french passport.
On the 13th of May 2015, my 3rd year ED Visa will expire.
By luck, on the last week I get new passport from my embassy.
Virgin, and just only 1 stamp on the 1st page to report my last visa (Non B / ED visa from old to new passport)
I will apply soon for a visa B because just seted up a company.
but need some more time, then I want apply for 2 entries tourist visa (2months+1month ext + 2months+1month extension)

Or like London,England or Perth, Australia whose Thai Embassies/Consulates will also issue tourist visas !

I confirm to all :
Double Entry Tourist Visa is still available at the thai embassy in Vientiane.
I just got it for 2.000 bahts and it took 1 day only.

After 4 years of Ed visa, we(me, hubby and my son) applied double entry tourist visa at Vientiane last week thursday. This is our first time apply for double entry tourist visa and we got it.

With same condition, two of my friends (guys) applied double entry visa on yesterday but they got single entry only. I dont know the reason.
