is there any one or a company that can help me with my computer.

it keeps getting fire fox not responding, locking up, and shock wave and adobe crashing, which is often. my computer takes a long time to open and a long time to close.

i keep getting norton warnings of high adobe usage, high memory usage by host process for windows services, plus other warnings.

i would like to find some one or a company that can go through my computer, i use windows 7.

Probably the simplest solution would be to buy Tuneup Utilities from AVG. It will remove unecessary cached files and background processes and defragment your drive, speeding your computer up. You might also download Malwarebytes free version and run it. Just be sure that you uncheck the box to also install other unwanted programs before you install Malwarebytes. With just a little work you can solve your computer problems by yourself. Good luck.

Just in case....who know... I had a similar problem. Shockwave crashed randomly and with that, Firefox as well. I re-installed Shockwave but it didn't helped at all. Finally i did found the bad guy. It was the Firefox add-on Memory Fox. After i disabled it, all the problems are gone.

It is an Adobe Flash problem. You can uninstall flash and download a newer version. Disable all your add ons....and test it out. It should work.

Don't forget, the first thing you need to do before installing the new flash is to..

1. download the correct new version for your operating system

2. Uncheck McAfee or Norton (option on their website)

3. Turn off all add ons..and also then quit firefox

4. uninstall your current adobe flash

5. then install the new flash (loader).

it will work

later...you can activate your addons....one at a time.....making sure the problem does not reoccur. Do one addon a day....to be sure. You can then catch the culprit

i have norton utilities and all it does is tell me i have high disk usage host process for windows service, i get firefox not responding, high disk usage by firefox, shock wave crashes, adobe crashes and my computer will lock up with no responce at all.

i am basicaly a computer idiot, that is why i am looking for some one or a company that can go through my computer.

Try using Chrome. http://www.google.com/chrome/

If that works well, uninstall Flash and reset Firefox. https://www.google.com/search?q=reset+firefox&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Then reinstall Flash. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

This may sound a touch harsh but your gonna have to struggle/play around a little bit with it everyone does. Or just take it down your local mall and leave it with some one and i'm sure they will sort it out
