You'd probably get more responses if you specified an area in which you'd like the pick-up/delivery. Bangkok is a large city with traffic problems...narrowing down your area of search would be helpful.

On Suk Soi 18 there is a laundry shop that delivers to hotels so if you live in that area they may deliver to your apartment/condo as well. If you are walking from Sukhumvit down the soi, walk past the street foods vendors to the first sub-soi (side street) to the left. There's a massage shop on the corner and in the back of that shop is a laundry (turn left onto the sub-soi).

150 thb/kilo for wash/dry/iron/fold/delivery. Will be less if you don't want ironing. I realize that doesn't answer the original question re: pick-up and delivery but it's what I know.
