Dog Friendly Hotel Near Airport?

My fiancee is flying out of Suvarnabhumi and also needs to get paperwork done there for our dog to fly (2 or 3 days before actual flight). So we need to find a pet-friendly hotel/motel not too far from the airport as she will have to go back and forth at least twice via taxi.

She says she's called quite a few with no luck, but I know there has to be some places that are pet-friendly.

Anybody know of any?
