Thai citizenship application

Featured Replies

I am a Malaysian married to a Thai and have 2 children; 28 years and 24 years.

Both born and grew up in Thailand and graduated from Thai universities and now working in Thailand.

I hold a permanent resident for 25 years already. Paid income tax every year and have a registered company in Thailand.

I am sure I already qualify for all the requirements to apply for Thai citizenship.

Can speak and read Thai language fluently.

How do I go about to apply for Thai citizenship?

Can a lawyer handle this and what will be the estimate cost for the whole process?

Thanks.

This existing topic is dedicated to the Thai citizenship application:

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/121353-story-of-my-thai-citizenship-application/

I suggest you read the first post in that topic, then brows through the 48 pages of the long thread, and finally add your new post at the end to ask any question you have regarding your specific situation. You will find that people replying in that topic are very helpful.

So as not to have a second topic on the same subject, I am now closing this one. Best wishes for your application.
