May 21, 201511 yr Folks Sorry if this has already been discussed but yesterday when I went to renew my non-O, my company lawyer had me sign a document detailing the rules of overstay. Are these new and being enforced or are they old and not being enforced?
May 21, 201511 yr Those rules that were proposed a year ago have never been approved by a higher authority and probably never will be. But immigration is still having people sign that acknowledgement.
