Need help with router

Featured Replies

Below is a screen shot internet status from my 3G router. In the router sits an aircard.

Normally I use Dtac, but it doesn't work this evening.

I think to recall that under WAN status should be an IP address and subnet mask, but this was empty this evening.

So I insert a True Sim, with which I'm now connected, though slow connection, and again there doesn't show an IP address or subnet mask under WAN status.

Am I confused or am I right and is there something wrong.

Take a look in the Pattaya forum there seems to be a problem with Dtac in Pattaya

How strange that at 1678 they were not aware of that, and I got the usual shit about reset your router, you will need help to set up your aircard blah blah blah.

I think I've had it now with Dtac, every month when renew package need to make 2-3 calls because they take the money from the balance, but don't renew the package.
