May 29, 201510 yr I find it odd that one movie channel I watch which is in English and no Thai sub-titles is interupted by this program which is all in Thai with no English subtitles. Now I like to see the explanation or logic in that! see the English subtitle in the OP photo.

As non-native English speaker I'm also struggling at times. There's "extended by 15 minutes", "extended to 30 minutes" and "increase from 15 to 30 minutes". None of that is "extended by 30 minutes". "Thailand's military government will increase the air time of its daily television show from 15 to 30 minutes, said a spokesperson, citing the need for more time to explain the post-coup government's works in detail."
