Leicester City players apologise over racist orgy in Thailand

You call them "boys" or "young footballers," when these are men. They should pay for their stupid actions; which were exactly what- engaging is prostitution, racist slurs, videoing the incident, sharing the video, embarrassing their organization, embarrassing their sport, embarrassing the countries, or whatever else upsets you?

Hopefully, they will be banned from Thailand.

why? nothing new here, the same thing is offered everyday to the "sex" tourist! also go to Nana Plaza, and see this stuff for free! Thailand has earned it's place for the sex tourists now they have to live with it!

I watched the video and didn't hear any racist comments. Just a bunch of young guys doing what young guys do when they are away from home and in a veritable candy shop. According to some of the posters here they deserve the death penalty <deleted>. Lighten up.

Oh you're sorry?

Oh that's ok then.

Sack all three of them......then when one of the players fathers dad calls someone else an ostrich sack him too!

Ban them from Thailand and pull the King Power sponsorship.

Say hello to Division 2 Leicester shitty.

That would send a message out to the rest of them that maybe they should show a little respect to the country that pays for their lavish lifestyles.

They're not the first footballers to behave in a similar way and won't be the last

I suppose they've taken their 'training' from the 'pro's' Terry, Rooney et al.

Sad indictment on a certain sort of individual.....sorry....morons

It's no wonder some Thai's view farangs as just what these morons actually are. Scum

This is odd. I have been in Thailand for more than 13 years and I have never once heard the term "slit eye" used in connection with a Thai person.

The term "minging" is certainly not racist at all. The guys were paying for a service and were entitled therefore to rate that service out of ten, one out of ten indicated that consumers satisfaction with the service being offered.

The real offence here is that the event was videoed and then made public.

jeremy clarkson used the term "slope" does that come close to "slit eye"? nobody wanted to hang him, besides, these girls made themselves available to the public (orgy) to be sexually used/abused. I wonder if the girls get wind of this matter that they will be kicking and screaming and looking for compensation

You are both missing the point.

Plus the fact that one the players Dad is the clubs manager and is a leading figure in stamping out racism in football.

Real jokers - the club are also jokers if they don't get sacked.

I agree sack the 3 and the father manager too make a stand King Power.

Not only should they be canned but banned for life from the sport plus fined with proceeds going to the ladies. What they said was totally uncalled for. I bet the team owner is totally pissed because they made him lose face.

It didn't appear to me that the women were in any sort of distress, quite the opposite in fact....or making complaints about the remarks (if they even understood them, I only understood the eyes remark myself). Me thinks they may have been well rewarded and if got a second chance would jump right in....Let's not lose the run of ourselves here.

Banned for life and fined? lol I am sure a lot of us have done as bad or worse in our younger days with no cameraman in the room. Didn't look like anyone was having a bad time in the video to me. You act like it was a gang rape or something. Quite sure they were paid well for their "services"

Too late for apologies.

Sack them, it is the only way for the club to demonstrate commitment.

I guess that most Leicester City supports will agree.

What a bunch of fools - what were they thinking (making the videos).

Ye bloody idiots but there again they are still only children think they are the elite being league footballers. No experience on growing up yet.

The football association should ban them from ever playing soccer and the club should sack them.

Sep Blatter said 'I know nothing about this. It is an English media slur to bring discredit on me and my Swiss bank account. Let's go FIFA, Lets go FIFI Lets go NINA lets go Noy.....who wrote this press release? A Brit I suspect.'

not defending these boys but im sure we were not all saints at that age, besides, it would seem the girls would have known what they were getting into, no complaints from them, perhaps paid well

If the idiots hadn't recorded it on their phones, nobody would know.

Too late.

Immediate termination.

More to the point is the "ACTUAL" incident, the fact they recorded it is secondary to the matter, although with the way many sporting louts carry on when on tour it is not at all surprising.

What idiot records something like this? What bigger idiot then shares it with friends? Ludicrous.

Dinosaur I might be but the sooner social media sites and the like are censored, or better still banned altogether, the better.

Once again the word 'racism' is used incorrectly. Making an off the cuff comment with friends is not racist. In my eyes racism is hatred for another race to the point of wanting to inflict physical harm

It's the overall loss of face, and even westerners should understand this example of it, it disrespects this country and their people,

In a major way, they are supposed to be promoting Thailand and helping to garner support among south east Asia, instead they pour scorn and shame , not on just themselves but also their country and countrymen, it's a diplomatic mess now....

shame.......some heads will have to roll, that's just tough luck too, but when you are a sporting ambassador for your country you should at least behave as one and have some sense of responsibility......let's not forget, the glorious game of soccer gets a pounding too,, surely this is not the normal behavior for soccer players, or maybe it is......either way it just gives people the impression that all English people behave like these simple minded players.......I realize that intelligence is not a requirement to play soccer, but surely a little bit of human decency would not go astray....... Yes, these 3 players have well and truly made there mark in life, they will never ever forget this little foray with the smart phones, they need to crawl under a rock for the rest of their lives......just stupidity from the stupid........

Gosh......in this day and age of wide spread media coverage, of anything and everything, you would think other people would have enough common sense to NOT post their personal sexual escapades for all too see.

Unless they are hoping to be porn star wannabes....lol

Just dumb.......plain dumb.

Like Forrest Gump said: Stupid is, as Stupid does

Cheers

Apologíes to the women? Surely they were "working", right? Tricks of the trade....

A lot of people on TV Thai call working girls terrible names and verbally disrespect them, while others appear to consider them upright citizens worthy of the utmost respect. Bit schizophrenic IMO.

they were getting paid for their services and well I think.what do the thais say about some customers in they language when it is done and they are on too the next john

Correct

In my early days in Thailand, when frequenting Pattaya bars, I was continually hearing -and understanding -what the bar girls were saying about the farangs that they were either about to bed, or had bedded and returned to their bars. They thought their comments -in Thai- were privy just to the other girls.

They sell sex- they get paid- yet they still regularly bad mouth their clients
