We were all under the impression from other articles that he was in London and flying straight on to Cuba from there... after leaving Finland's ASEM meeting where he held discussions with the "world leaders" of Estonia and Latvia and portions of the articles dealt with Sukiart's attempt to bring Thailand onto the World Stage as the boss of the U.N. Did Thakky sneak back into the country only to sneak back out... ?????????

The scientific cooperation includes biological technology, nano-technology, computers and material science.
