AC Technician Recommendation?

Any suggestions for a specific technician that knows what they are doing and cares about doing a good job? I need something a little more than a kid that knows how to add gas and clean a unit.

If people knew in which area it might be easier, I had a great guy clean my Aircon, do not have the number on me now but could try and get it later
