Featured Replies

Hello,

Has any member applied for a marriage extension to there visa at Maptaput Immigration Office lately?

If so what documents did you require?

Do you have to take a Witness with you that knows you? Like a neighbor?

Thanking You

I assume you already have a non-o visa entry already.if this is your first extension of stay.

The following is the basic requirements.

You will need financial proof showing 400k baht in the bank for 2 months or 40k baht income.

Two TM7 application forms with a 4cm X 6cm photo attached with copies of all supporting documents attached to them.

Copies of your passport pages and TM6 departure card.

Marriage certificate plus a copy. Up to date Kor Ror 2 marriage registry.

Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card.

Map to your house from the nearest main road or street.

Photos of you and your wife in and around the house. One must show you both with the house number showing.

Proof of residence unless living where your wife's house book is for.

Cannot answer your question about a witness.

You should check with them to confirm what is needed.
