Is there any truth in the rumour that Immigration is moving to the 'Promenada' area. Cannot see any change in the shopping mall and over the road at the Laos. Cambodia office they say they know nothing about it.

I guess moving the immigration office to another place takes alot of preparations and logistics.

It is not like moving your belongings to another house as quickly as we can do.

Then there is the matter of keeping things going. Imagine what happens if Immi shuts down for more than a weekend?

No one wants to fall in that gap.

Give them time and see what it brings. Nothing happening at Promenada doesn't mean that nothing is going on.

Would appreciate though that Immi will announce their final switching date on forehand. I am due 18th of June and gather they are still at 'home''.
