90 day reporting - late? Promenada

Featured Replies

Hi, just wanted to check when is the very last day I can do my 90day reporting? If they have stamped 20th June on my slip. As I heard there's 7 days grace period after this. Also can I do this at the office opposite Promenada mall Chiang Mai ?

The 26th will be the last day you can report without a fine.

Not sure if you can report opposite Promenada.

Ii is 7 days after the report date including that date in the count. In your case that would be the 26th. You can also do it up to 15 day early.

You still have to do it at main immigration office.

You could of done it online but you are to late now.

Thanks, I had heard about 'teething problems' with the online system, so for now, thought it would be better to do in person.

Is the online system working better now? Would be good if there's a sticky thread on this topic?

I also found it hard to find the actual link to the online reporting?

There is a pinned topic about 90 day reporting on Chiang Mai forum that includes info about mail in and online reporting.

There is also a pinned topic on this forum now.

No, the Promenada office is only for getting the address verification document.

//edit - sticky topic in the CM forum on both mail in and online here - 90 Day Report - Procedures Post #3 in that topic has the online procedures.

Reference the 90-day reporting I have a retirement extension with a multi re-entry permit. I re-entered Thailand on the 18th April and according to my calculations my 90-day report should be on 17th July. I will be leaving Thailand again on the 22nd July. Do I still need to do the 90-day report or will I get away with it as I'll be leaving within the 7-day grace period?

You need to do the report before you leave. The 7 days is only for doing the report. Leaving is not doing a report.

If you leave on or before the report date no report is due.
