Yes we know the trial has started, its been on the thai news. So all u amateur Sherlock Holmes out there can stop bickering with each other trying to prove a point. As if u are part of this case.

Just go and prop urself up on ur bar stool and let the proffessionals do their work.

Ive never seen so much childish behaviour from some of u tv members about this thread than any other that i have followed.

It would take a very brave person to plead not guilty,EVEN

if they were innocent,as it seems in a Thai court you are

presumed guilty and have to prove your innocence,if you

are found guilty you have to serve the full sentence handed

out by the judge,while if you plead guilty your sentence is

halved,that seems to be the incentive to plead guilty,and

bring trials to a quick conclusion.
