Not exactly difficult to understand . I think everybody understands perfectly well - yes the OP should do his report. Now let's consider the question the OP probably meant to ask - which seems to be if he skips his 90 day report, will he run into any trouble at the airport when leaving? If you were going to leave on July 16th with your 90 day report due on the 15th, would you still do the report? It's technically, by-the-book wrong but I'd wager a whole lot of people would skip it. What if your report were due on the 14th? Yeah probably still skip it. The 13th? Maybe. So where can we draw the line between skipping 3 days and skipping 30, knowing that 90 day reports aren't checked at the airport when leaving?
