themark
I applied for a "O" visa based on marriage to my wife in Suvanakhet in May 2013. I then did this:- 90 days border run from May 2013 - August 2013. - 90 days border run from August 2013 - November 2013. - 90 days border run from November 2013 - February 2014. - 90 days border run from February 2014 - May 2014. - (early) 90 days border run from April 2014 - July 2014. - 1 year extension with 400k from July 2014 - July 2015. My current 1 year stay expires on the 18th of July (next Saturday). Based on this do I qualify to get another 60 days extension as per article 2.24 of the Immigration laws? Or could they think that it's been too long since I got the last visa in May 2013?
