I have tried to do my homework but I would like to ask members is there any way of checking if there is outstanding finance on a vehicle when you buy it. I cant imagine there is an HP check that can be done. Or does the bank hold the greenbook til the loan is paid off. Also is it law you have too get the vehicle registered in the province that you live Any help much appreciated
