Actually full control of the area was handed back over to Israel over 20 years ago. You understand the squatters are squatting at the ruins of a Jewish Temple, right? A Temple dating back to the 4th century, before Islam was even born. Palestine has never existed. There has never (up until Gaza) a Palestinian country, government or anything else. Palestinian is a corruption of the word Felestinia (Philistine) and the Felstinia were slaves of the Romans who occupied Israel at the time. They came from a small area near Greece so if anything, they should be squatting over there. Israel has every right to demolish this illegal camp if they wish to.

Spare us the pseudo history and deflections.
The bottom line for all Palestinian delegitimizers is this: even if you think there was was never a country called Palestine, well think again...because there is one now...recognized by 70% of the world's countries with more to follow. And just like Israelis they are not going away. So get over it, and start thinking towards the future rather than wallowing in a spurious past that convinces no-one except Zionists.
If Israelis don't get serious soon about discussing a just peace in a 2 state solution (giving back land they are attempting futilely to swallow up in the OP), they will find themselves in a one state solution, having to absorb 4.5 Palestinians, and losing any hope of a state with a predominantly Jewish character.

Here's the thing that you and other Jew haters can't get through your head (or don't want to as it will interfere with your anti-Jew views) and that's the fact - yes FACT - that the only people preventing peace is Hamas and the Gazans. Their charter calls for the absolute destruction of Israel - fact. The history lesson I gave you is nothing 'pseudo'. It's fact. When Britain signed the charter in 1947 returning Israel to the Jews, according to the British Mandate the population was 1.9 million of which 68% were Arabs and 31% Jews (the discrepancy of 1% is allowing for Bedouins). Most of the so-called Palestinians came from Saudi and Syria to find work with the Jews. The region was dissected - it was called Transjordan one side of the river became Israel again and one became Jordan. The Palestinian population was split between Jordan and Israel. How come |I don't hear you calling for Jordan to give the land back to somebody? Oh I know the answer, because they're not Jews, right? There's 2.1 million registered Palestinians in Jordan and 370,000 in camps yet I don't hear you or your mates calling for help for them? People like you make me vomit, you know nothing of the region except you don't like Jews.

The Israelis sees the Palestinians as lesser people as they are not Jews, hell they see all non Jews as lesser people! The same thing that some people thought about Jews 75 years ago...

Only way that UN, EU and US can force Israel to stop and get peace is to put an economic blockade/sanctions on Israel and Israelis! EU and US are having economical sanctions against Russia because they are fighting whit/in the former parts of USSR but there are no economical sanctions against Israel that are occupying Palestine sins more than 50 YEARS!!!

It would be easy, stop all of Israels import and export true the Mediterranean sea and freeze all bank accounts outside Israel belonging to Israelis who are supporting the Israeli government etc... But there is always a risk of a backfire.. there are only 2 countries that would be stupid enough to use nuclear weapons today, North Korea and Israel!

Comments such as yours and others are no different than what Iran is broadcasting on a daily bases,

just like the Palestinian ambassador to Peru he did last week when he quoted from the Protocols of the

Elders of Zion,

Seems like the world is yet again coming closer to isolating Israel. Keep doing these things Israel and it will end in a lot of hardship for your citizens, and rightly so.

The world has quickly moved from being for you to now being against you. You deserve all that happens to you.

I take the disgust of most of the world for what Israel is doing a lot mor truthful and relevent against some anonymous old posters on a forum.

Yep.

What's "hilarious" is that again and again the Israel demonization brigade denies that their rhetoric is severely infected with the mental disease of Jew hatred.

That there is supposedly no connection between "anti-Zionism" and Jew hatred.

Yet we see Jew hatred posted pretty much EVERY DAY on this very forum fully integrated into Israel demonization rhetoric.

Attack Israel -- they take the land -- attack - repeat -- attack - repeat ... Taking of land to defend one's country -- create buffers is age old -- thousands and thousands of years old... Solution -- Don't attack Israel ...

Rocket burns grass -- kill civilians and say you are scared -- repeat -- say its defensive -- repeat -- take more land because the grass the rockets hurt has feelings too.

keep doing the same as the rockets havent stopped and more Palestinians hate us.

Solution -- try something different because what you are doing isnt working.

I regularly criticize Zionism..a doctrine that promotes one religion/race as being superior to another, and I condemn the current right wing Israeli government which believes in ethnic cleansing as in the OP. Why should neighboring colonists from New York, Manchester or Melbourne enjoy unlimited building permits simply because of their religion, when Palestinians who have lived in the area for centuries are refused?
The answer is simple of course...it's blatant racist land theft. Israel will eventually either have to give this land back in a 2 state solution agreement, or absorb and make equal citizens of the Palestinians they are currently attempting to make homeless. So.. pretty much as the Danish politician in the OP observed...ridiculous!
You are the one asserting that Israel is a Jewish state, so of course in your eyes any criticism of Israel is automatically anti Semitic. Not so.

Fair call. Though I didn't call you an anti-semite. Let me explain, a Semite can be an Arab, Jew, Assyrian, Aramean - anybody from the region who spoke a Shem language. To be anti-Semetic you would have hate everybody from the middle east really. I apologise, maybe Jew hater was a bit strong!

Court orders in Britain commonly send in riot police / hired private security to tear down erected shacks or 'protest camps' (as this provocatively erected so called 'village' sounds more and more like, considering that although this saga keeps being portrayed as a new thing happening against an ancient thing, when the whole back and forth on this goes back to the mid 90s and earlier) when courts tire of the nonsense.

OK, history tells me that lots of people, now long dead, wandered through the lands and called them, during their time on earth, home. But the reality is that they are no more - modern day claims based upon unknown individuals are not valid, especially if the sole basis of said claim is that they profess to follow the same fairy tale. This does not automatically confer to them the right to occupy a territory that others, at that point in time, called home. I can also write a book of superstitious nonsense which states that Jerusalem belonged to my anscestors before it belonged to yours - does that make it mine?

So, in fact, the Jews of 1947 were not returning to somewhere they had been before. If they were returning, they would have been be going back to Warsaw or Belgrade.

Have you seen some of the conditions that the Gazans live in today? I am not so sure that ensuring stable foundations and a sturdy, waterproof roof is uppermost in Bibi's mind of late. Seems odd that he should worry about these people.

As the article is in respect to the West Bank region, I thought it would be more appropriate to use examples of the squalor that these poor people live in;

In respect to Gaza, I won't post all the pictures, but you can see theme here. Hardly a desolate impoverished place.

Your version of history does not matter in the least. The UN has already given Israel the land. The Arabs attacked them and were defeated over and over again. Israel has developed a successful economy and one of the best armies in the world and improved and improved ever since. Israel ain't going anywhere and Israel haters can't do anything about it, but whine and moan.

Ah bless, if some Romanian pikeys constructed a corrugated iron shanty town across the street from some of our esteemed members I bet they would have called the police, fire brigade and national guard before having a seizure.

The houses were unlicensed and possibly even dangerous, though had they been left to stand and came down on their occupants heads it would still be Israel's fault.

But I almost forgot the Palestinians are nothing more than ammunition to fire at Israel, the total silence over the 2900 of them murdered in Syria amply demonstrates this.

you are forgetting that they are doing it in their own country which is occupied by Israel. so your comment is BS

The people living in the village of Susiya are Palestinian Bedouins.

Records of the Arab village were found since 1830 and the place can be seen on a British map of the region of 1917.

Some octogenarian villagers are older than the creation of the State of Israel and have always lived in this town...in caves...as they did centuries ago...

The invention of the village of Susiya

The High Court found that these assertions were demonstrably false, based on comprehensive objective historical and geographical accounts. Historical aerial photography, detailed mandatory maps, travelogues from the 18th and 19th centuries, and the population registry all established that their assertions were a fabrication. Fact: no such village ever existed. The High Court has ruled repeatedly against these false assertions (HC 7530/01, 430/12, 1556/12, 1420/14).

I think Israel have learned enough lessons the hard way with suicide bombs and terrorists. I doubt they care what people who have no idea what that is like think.

The unanswered question is whether these people have settled there deliberately to defy Israel and cry foul when they get moved out as they knew they would.

The article reads like it is very biased to someone who would like to know the full facts and is yet another piece of journalism-with-an-agenda.

Why of course. The EU actually funds illegal Palestinian settlements and has a hissy fit when they are correctly dismantled.

http://www.jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-Conflict/Report-EU-building-hundreds-of-illegal-structures-for-Palestinians-in-Area-C-of-West-Bank-390184

Which is quite ironic as they are building walls to stop and squabbling like children to avoid the flood of third world culture enrichers swamping their borders.

Oslo Accords can be revoked as fast as it has been created if one of the parties committed crimes...

EU, ICC, US and other powers/organisations are close to it...

There are no such perpetual obligations for peace pacts and accords...

If I am not mistaken, there used to be village before the "protest camps" but somebody demolished it!?

The people living in the village of Susiya are Palestinian Bedouins.

Records of the Arab village were found since 1830 and the place can be seen on a British map of the region of 1917.

Some octogenarian villagers are older than the creation of the State of Israel and have always lived in this town...in caves...as they did centuries ago...

Please provide evidence for a CREDIBLE source. No one is just going to take your word for it.

Quote from link :

"Palestinian Susya, called Susya al-Qadima ('Old Susya') is a centuries' old village which written records attest the existence of from 1830. It is constituted of permanent cave homes.

Too bad !

It is NOT centuries old, you won't find any trace of it on satellite pictures that are a few years old. I have already debunked this myth, yet you insist on trying to spread lies in order to demonize Israel as you never cease doing, yet heaven forbid anyone calls you an antisemite.

P.s Wikipedia is not a source.
