Amazon, Apple, Starbucks and lots of others too (it's a tax dodge, Amazon UK which is absolutely huge makes about $5 year in profit, the bulk of their profit is shifted to head office. There has been a lot of anger at it since it went viral earlier this year and I think some or all of the companies are going to restructure so that they pay taxes in UK). But if you're not in the country I don't think you should be paying the tax, perhaps it's changed now but many years ago when we lived in Aus we didn't pay VAT with Skype.
