Are you calling a fixed line, or a mobile? Looks like Local (in Oz) termination fees dictate minimums using circuit switched options? 1 Baht/min to fixed line, 6 baht/min to mobiles.

You could also use an int'l calling card, some have free local access/call-back.

You may need a specific SIM, or otherwise be eligible (promotion, port in, etc.) in order to use 00600.

00x00 prefixes typically can/may give slightly lower per min. charges than 00x prefixes.

My o/seas calls are rare indeed. I just detest SKYPE.
