I have seen a few threads that talk about this, but they are a few years old. If this needs to be moved to another section.... please do so.

I have 2 dogs that I want to bring over. They are both 20 lb or under Italian Greyhounds. I want to crate them together. I am flying Singapore Air (usually fly Cathay). I have all of paper work that pet travel sites recommend. I however have never flown with them.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Concerns? Advice?

You must bring your pets in as excess baggage and no other way otherwise you will have problems.
In this way your pets will travel in the same plane as you and be delivered together with your baggage in the arrival section. In this section there is a very efficient vet office who will quickly inspect the dogs and check your papers and the necessary certificates which you say you have. And then you are out and away.
Do not under any circumstances send your pets as airfreight because they will be sent to the airfreight department which is 5 kg from the airport and you have to pay import duty, Produce bills of lading and fill in all sorts of forms and all sorts of problems and you might not be able to clear your pets until the next day.. and worst of all they might not be sent on the same plane as you. We made this mistake when we first bought our pets to Thailand and it was a nightmare.

There are companies that are specialised in this sort of thing. I found that reception of a pet at BKK was 'flexible' if you know what I mean.
