alocacoc
My face-skin get easily red, particular on the forehead and nose when i sweat. Also i have sometimes small pimples. Some advises for a creme or foam which is little anti-inflammatory? Edited August 28, 2015 by alocacoc
dddave
Most facial creams and lotions seem to have alcohol hidden within which would not seem a good thing in your case. I regularly use a lotion sold OTC called QUADRIDERM when I have insect bites or a skin problem. This link explains it better than I. http://www.creamguide.com/quadriderm-cream-review/
h90
I admit it sounds a bit crazy, but my skin is getting better if I put it in sun.....I know more hot, more sweat, but still it is better. It may only work for me, so if you try it, try it with caution....
Sheryl
The small pimples are likely from clogged pores. IMO any cream used during the day is just likely to make matters worse, and also you do not need an anti-inflammatory. Rather suggest (1) washing your face whenever you note you have been sweating (as well as routinely morning and night) with a gentle glycerin soap (Pears brand is good) (2) If above alone doesn't do the trick try applying a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution. Brand names such as Acnexyl, Benzac, Brevoxyl etc
alocacoc
Thanks for the tips. I guess, the clime here in Thailand is a threat to my skin.
mindovermatter
Seems like you've got sensitive skin. I'm using Garnier and oftentimes Cetaphil as I also have sensitive skin that's prone to rashes.
