Maejo Man Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 The British consulate has a Loxinfo e-mail address but all my mail gets returned saying that the mailbox is full. I realise that Loxinfo do not offer much capacity, but I would have thought that a consular consular arm of the FO would clear their box regularly. Wishful thinking? Perhaps. In fact, regarding e-mails they are pretty much useless. When dealing with the British Consulate, if you start with incredibly low expectations you won't be disappointed in their level of service, which to be honest, is not really their fault, they are simply underfunded and understaffed. I have dealt many times with the Consulate staff and in every instance Panitha and her team have gone above and beyond what is required by their FCO employers. In every instance they have done as much as they could and more than they should by FCO requirements. They deserve credit, not cheap sarcasm.
