Transfer from Bangkok Bank to HSBC UK

I just wondered if anyone has any experience transferring money from the online iBanking with Bangkok Bank to their UK HSBC account. What are the fees and charges? exchange rate? timeframe?

I've never done it or have Bangkok Bank ibanking approval to do international transfers, but here's the Bangkok Bank webpage talking about using their ibanking to do international transfers, approval requirements, limits, fees, etc. Expect the exchange rate given would be the TT Selling Rate since you'll be converting baht to a foreign currency.
