I just have a small quirie being I have a existing VISA that will expire on the 27th Nov and I shall fly to the country it was issued on the 25th and shall attend the consulate with all new VISA application.

My question is do you see any issues geeting a new VISA if there is a day left on the old VISA expire 27TH as I fly back to Thailand on the 28th. Basically I shall be lodging the paperwork on the 25th

There should not be a problem if the Embassy/Consulate applied to issue visas within two days.

I'm assuming your talking about a visa for Thailand?

With that small amount of time left on the visa they certainly will issue a new visa.

Are you aware you can use your visa for a new 90 day entry as long as you do it on or before the enter before date on your visa.
