Sorry state when a high speed railway seams more important to the soldier government than helping the mentally ill in the country giving them a secure sheltered environment to live in and medical help, and not just on the streets to fend for themselves, sincere condolences to the families of the deceased children such a sad ending to a short life, and once again it could have been avoided always forward thinking in Thailand.
